Audio Equipment Repair Service

Do you have old audio equipment that needs repair?  The answer is here!  We can repair your broken audio equipment.

Terms:

~ Vacuum Tube and Solid State power amps, preamps and receivers (No Tuners, Tape Machines, Turntables, Speakers, etc. unless by special arrangement) are considered.

~ Customer pays shipping both ways.

~ $40 (U.S.) Evaluation Fee (minimum charge) must be prepaid.  The fee is non-refundable if customer decides not to proceed with the service.  If the customer decides to proceed with service, the fee will be applied to the total bill.

~ $40 (U.S.) per hour rate.

~ Customer pays 50% of the total service bill before equipment is returned and the remainder upon satisfaction with the repair job.

~ Customer should have the equipment reasonably clean to avoid having service time charged for cleaning the equipment.

~ If possible, customer should supply schematics and instructions when available to avoid charges related to searching for documentation, if required.

~ Whenever possible, equipment should be packed for shipment in its original carton to reduce the possibility of damage.  Customer is responsible for proper packing of equipment for safe shipment.
